Staff were very helpful and kind to us. Property location is very good and close to the blue gate of Medina. Breakfast was insanily good!

The Riad is very cozy and well furnished. It offers a lot of space and privacy to travellers, since each group has their own floor. The master bed was huge and so comfy. The breakfast is simply amazing, and so is the location right outside the blue gate entrance to the Medina.
The Riad is very hard to find based on the location on Booking, and the owner was not very responsive in the lead up to our stay. If you arrive by taxi, just tell them Batha Square, it is in an alley next to some snack restaurants.

1. The location is excellent, close to the medina and the main road.
2. The hostess is very pleasant but they understand Arabic and French.
3. The breakfast is excellent, with good variety.
4. Fresh towels were provided everyday and room was kept tidy.
5. Communication on email/whatsapp is managed by English speaking "Manager" and the response is quite prompt.
1. The entrance is through a dark corridor.
2. The apartment itself is dark and has no views, especially the ground floor room.
3. The rooms are over decorated and hence feel very busy,
4. There is no place to keep suitcase or store clothes.
5. Bathroom fittings are shiny, it feels overdecorated.
6. The "manager" tried to sell tour packages.
7. Payment was required in cash in local currency - this meant we had to exchange or withdraw from ATM.
