This excellent apartment is slightly away from the main tourist hotels giving a calm feel yet is close enough to Rodos (including the Medieval Town) to access amenities and places to visit. As an aside the cafe and bakery across the road are wonderful. The views are fantastic, especially watching sunset from the living area balcony. The terrace is an excellent feature allowing both shaded and non-shaded seating - a great place to take both breakfast and dinner. The owner of the apartment was an excellent host being both communicative and supportive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall we can't fault this apartment or the host and we can't wait to go back.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful modern, well furnished apartment, marios responded immediately to any queries or questions. George (father to marios) lives on the floor below the apartment and gave us a very warm welcome. Went through everything we needed to know and orientated us to surrounding areas, how to get to town, beach and nearby restaurants. Also very helpful about leaving suitcase and picking up on way to airport as we had a late flight. Greeted with welcome present and leaving present from marios. We found the local restaurants excellent value for money and great food. There is a fabulous bakery/ coffee shop 2 minutes walk away. We walked to rhodes Town most days, approx 40 mins leisurely walk or about 15 mins longer if you go Town to beach first. We liked to walk up the hill towards Mount smith as spectacular sea view. Had a great holiday and look forward to returning to penthouse apartment as fantastic hosts. Catherine and George

Interesting unique structure of the apartments. Great terrace! The owner is very friendly, helpful and supportive. Note: you definitely need a car to go to the beach or city center.

The apartment is a very comfortable penthouse (best for 2 persons) with views over the city and the sea (big terrace + balcony) and provides all the amenities you need for a short or longer stay. It is located in the suburbian part of Rodos city, where at the same time you are close to the center (less than 10 mn by car or a 40 mn walk) and ready to explore the rest of the island without the hassle of the traffic in the center. Up on a hill, it is often quite windy, keeping the place fresh. Within walking distance you have at least 2 supermarkets, 2 very nice bakeries and several other food shops. Plenty of free parking. I would definitely stay again ...
