It was all perfect!

Loved the room....it was clean and comfortable. The Market is great for morning coffee and snacks. Prices are wonderful as well. Drinks at the Verbena Bar were excellent.

Beautiful location, the outdoor pool and hot tub were fun as well.

My family and I traveled from over 3 hours away and arrived only a few minutes early with a toddler and new born. The staff simply said we can’t check you in early. I felt there could have been more friendly customer service “Unfortunately we aren’t able to check you in early, sorry for the inconvenience, please consider trying our bakery, here’s the hours here’s a menu, something”. Then we ordered a room with balcony only to find out our balcony is directly in front of a parking lot with no fence so not much privacy or security there. The room didn’t have hand soap or trash bags, we had to go ask for these items. I just feel a superior hotel would have these basic accommodations settled. The staff didn’t inform us of breakfast times, dinner times, so it felt very cold and not welcoming. Could have just been an off day but definitely wouldn’t stay there again with family. I would consider staying alone because I’m easy going but for family it wasn’t the best.
