The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean.

The room we were in was so close to the room next to it that we could hear everything they said, and they tended to be very loud. The wifi was hard to connect to. We had to try 6 or 7 times before it would connect. We also booked the stay because booking.com advertised it as having breakfast included, but it was not. Parking is not free which was not information we got until after we booked the room.

Every staff member was very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night. When we inquired about this, we were told sometimes this happens - although we were not told this at check in. Our TV did not work well and there were no instructions regarding channels. This really needs to be in every room. A pen and notepad would be nice.
