Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation. * Punta Gorda Isles Vacation Home with Private Pool+Spa * 3 Bedrooms / 2 1/2 Bathrooms * 2 miles to Historic Downtown Punta Gorda * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Dining for 6 at the dining table *Parking for one car in garage * Parking for two cars in the driveway * Beach Supplies including chairs * Bikes * 70-foot dock- Sailboat Water BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / 42" TV - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / Lanai Access / 30" TV - Bedroom 3: One Full Bedroom / 30" TV Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces South Pool is 32x13 D 5.5' Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * Owner's car is parked on one side of garage. Other side of garage is available for guest use Up to two cars can fit in the driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The house had a great flow and was very comfortable for our family of five...was even nicer than the photos. Had a lot of fun in the pool, and enjoyed sitting out in the screened in area from morning til evening.

Loved the house and location very, very much. It was perfect for 2 families. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wish their had been a few more channels to choose from was really the only complaint I heard. There were quite a bit of mice droppings out on the lanai butI know that was addressed and trying to solve the problem with exterminator that did come for what seemed to be a scheduled thing. We never saw any and other than that, there was no evidence inside of any. Really enjoyed the area a lot. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day. We used the pool and spa every day. We stayed in one rainy day and cooked a nice meal, watched some Olympics on TV and played card, and yes, went in the pool and spa. Note: this is not someone's home, so there were a few things missing that some other rental homes have had, mostly in the kitchen. No games, basic kitchen ingredients. We did enjoy the bikes.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Punta Gorda. The house was nicely updated and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were having some trouble getting the spa to heat up, but made a call to the property management and it was nicely heated for our relaxation the next day. The community is nice with many opportunities for walking or biking and their were many great restaurants to choose from. Beaches are a little difficult to get to due to traffic, but several within a 30 mile radius. We were able to visit 3 beautiful beaches during our stay. It was a wonderful respite from the cold weather!

Great house! South-facing, perfect for February sun. Plenty of room for everyone. Location is great, nice neighborhood and close to Fisherman's Village and downtown. Kitchen was a little sparse in supplies but workable. Already checking for next year!

The house was a great size for 6 guests (3 couples). Layed out nicely. The pool was fabulous with a hot tub. Decorating was tasteful. Beds comfortable. Fishing off the doc was great. Loved the neighborhood and location.

The property is obviously beautiful. There was no instructions on site, I had to call for the WIFI code, and also no instructions for the hot tub as you know. Having booked this home because of the hot tub as I have back and hip problems, this was a great disappointment, the hot tub never went over the temperature of the pool. Having had both pool and hot tub, we know how to operate, but the maintenance person and the pool service person did not know how to operate either. No one called or told us what to do. Rental service was not really helpful. We had no knowledge of when to put out the trash either. I really think you need written instructions for the home to include WIFI and hot tub operation.
