The staff was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to amusement park, chocolate workshop, swimming pool and convenience store. Peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms aren't acceasible to strollers. No microwave in the room. Thw dining room in the mornings was too crowded and couldn't handle the load.

עובדי המלון אדיבים ונחמדים, המקום מושלם לחופשה עם ילדים, הנוף משגע, המקום יפהפה, נקי, מסודר, חניה בשפע, כניסה חינם לקיפצובה לאורחי המלון נהננו מכל רגע!!!

הזמנו מקום ללילה אחד ועזבנו בלילה, לא התחברנו למקום
אין כיור במטבחון בחדר, הסוויטה שקיבלנו הייתה עם מדרגות למרות שדיווחנו על תינוק ועגלה, המיטה בחדר הזוגי היתה על גלגלים והורכבה מ 2 מיטות יחיד, אין כבלים נורמלים בטלוויזיה וערוצים לילדים. בכניסה לקיפצובה לא נתנו לנו להכנס עם הרכב קרוב לאתר למרות שהייתה חנייה בשפע. הגענו להתרשם מארוחת הערב, היא הייתה דלה. עזבנו מחוסר נוחות בלילה.
