This new construction luxury vacation home is situated between both the Bay and Gulf of Mexico, and it's the perfect home for your beach vacation! Enjoy spectacular views from the rooftop deck at this absolutely amazing 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom property, which comfortably sleeps 18! This home features 5 king bedrooms each with an ensuite bath (5 have showers and 1 has a tub), the 6th room has full over full bunk beds, and the 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home also has a day bed with a trundle and a queen sleeper sofa, for a little extra sleeping space. The first level features an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room has a cozy couch and chairs with a flat-screen TV for family movie time. The kitchen is fully equipped for every chef's dream with all the essentials and high-end appliances, and there is a massive kitchen island with barstool seating as well as a dining table to accommodate your entire group, entertain, and enjoy a home-cooked meal. There's even an outdoor dining space off of the living room so you can dine al fresco and enjoy the lovely Florida weather year-round. Every corner of Crystal Waves Oasis is brand new and furnished with professionally chosen decor and all the Florida charm you could want in a beach house! When you are not at the beach you can enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spa. The pool area entertaining space also features plenty of seating and loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor bar. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy feet! There is a garage with guest access on the ground floor equipped with a beach cart ready to carry the provided beach chairs or any other gear you will need for a day at the shore. Or use the space to park cars, golf carts, or bikes. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. *Please note: This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project beginning on May 30, 2023. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience. *The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.*

It was wonderful for a big group. We all had a really nice weekend. It is not stocked for meal prep (ie - salt and pepper) but overall great stay.

We had an amazing time in Bradenton Beach. The house was beautiful, big spaces, great amenities, calm neighborhood, and steps away from the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that there's lots of stairs in the house, not recommended for people with limited mobility, I wish we had been aware of that since the beginning... other than that the house is amazing!

The house was very nice and spacious for our family. Pretty clean but small roaches in kitchen cabinets. They were doing sewage work in front of the house, so there was no access to house via car. We had to park in a lot a couple of blocks away. Very inconvenient. There were working on the sewer each day, and it was noisy. We had to make many calls to get pool serviced. Rental agents insisted that it had been serviced on Monday, but we knew it hadn’t. It took 3 trips to completely service the pool, and the cleaning was finally completed late Thursday afternoon. They advertise the house as being 6000 sq ft which is inaccurate. The lot is 6000 sq ft - not the house. This is not the first time that a house size has been inaccurately advertised. I paid almost 17k for this house and feel that rental agents could have been more accommodating- especially because we had no access to house via car. I feel like a portion of my money should have been refunded.

Our family of 13 had a lovely stay at Crystal Waves Oasis. They especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach is a block away. The only recommendation is that the kitchen stove needs replacing.

Wonderful experience, the house was so beautiful and perfect for me and family to get together. The area was great and super peaceful with the beach right across the street. 100% recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Fantastic house and great location, but too many problems that were not fixed by management company. Property was infested with ants. Management company failed to cure problem. Bees were everywhere in the yard and patio. The pool filter and heater kept failing, resulting in un-heated pool and spa for almost the entire week. Kids were only able to swim twice as the pool was too cold. Kitchen freezer was not working. Management company did not fix. Management company was great on the phone, but failed to fix problems.

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends especially with the 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased with the large kitchen which turned out to be our favorite hangout at night. The house and pool area were very clean and we loved the rooftop deck!

This large house has some amazing aspects and we found the space for everyone was lovely. Please note there is not an outdoor shower. We had a few issues that were immediately addressed by the management company. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
