Older style and good-value motel on the northern edge of the business area with sea views from higher floors. There’s a warm welcome, adequate room, a diverse room service menu (breakfast delivery to units after ordering through reception the night before) and there is $45 transfer service to the airport. Restaurants are just across the park in front of the motel. Main business area is a 15 minute walk.
The rooms are in need of a little TLC; steep and sometimes slippery exterior steel stairs to the upper floors which may be difficult for some.

For a dated accommodation it was very clean & tidy!
I booked after checking previous reviews which also said it was dated but had an awesome shower in the wet area.
The shower was my only disappointment!
It squirted out water at the first union coming out of the wall & so a lot of the original water pressure was lost when it got too the shower rose!
Disappointing because it looked as though it had been like this for a while & should have been picked up by cleaning staff(Room 1).
