Everything was provided except (I think) an espresso coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked well (nights were cold) and the shower was very good (after the first morning when there was was no hot water). The whole place is light and airy with a fabulous view.
There is a large oak tree shading the terrace/balcony and also hiding the view. A great shame as there was nowhere sunny to sit out (during the times that I was there). If I were the owner I'd give the tree a good pruning!

In dem Apartment konnte man sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Es hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Mit dem Auto war alles schnell erreichbar.

The property was very central and had a nice modern kitchen living area. A pleasant deck with lovely views.
The bed was quite small and we found it very hard and uncomfortable. We also found the street quite noisy with a large group gathering a couple of doors away going into the early hours and cars speeding up and down the street.
