The room was very comfortable although the heating was always on so we needed to turn radiators down or leave windows open.
There was a fridge in the room with some milk
The breakfast was good.
The location was in the town and short drive to other locations.
Couldn't check in till in till 4pm
No check-in desk, we had to park up then ring a number then someone came to show us to our room
The place was in need of some tlc
No room cleaning

Breakfast was superb, cooked fresh to order and served in the organgery overlooking the lovely garden.
No hand soap on bathroom sink, no teaspoons to stir coffee but our host did provide both when we mentioned it the next day. Bathroom needs a bit of redecorating but was spotlessly clean. No info or leaflets about what to see in the area. Owner very pleasant but not one to chat we didn’t think! Good job we’ve visited Glastonbury before
Owner very kindly let us check out late so we had time to climb the Tor.

The location was perfect! In the middle of Glastonbury, but set back from the road so it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the room spotlessly clean. There were fresh made muffins in the room, and a wide selection of teas and coffee. The room had a lovely bath as well as shower, and there was also a fridge in the room. Breakfast was exceptional, home made bread, fresh squeezed juice, great choice and good suppliers...George is such a talented cook. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the stay and will stay again for sure!
The shower cubicle was a little small, and perhaps needs an update. I was delighted with the room, grounds, the service etc, and had a lovely soak in the tub, so a small shower didn't really dampen the stay!

Fantastic breakfast, great owners. Great location
All very good, no down side at all

Excellent breakfast, excellent location! Really comfy beds. Room was very nice and clean. Good selection of teas and pleasantly surprised by some blueberry muffins. Really pleased that we could take our dog with us too. Will definately go back.

George was an amazing host and his breakfast was fabulous. The room exceeded our expectations, the bed was super comfy, the huge bath was amazing and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The house was a step away from the high street but super quiet and peaceful all you could hear from outside was the water in the pond. All the places we wanted to visit in the town were within walking distance. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
If I was forced to say something negative I would say the the temperature was a bit tricky to get the hang of in the shower....but that was me rather than the shower.

Just a couple of minutes walk into town, perfect location
Lovely cooked breakfast and lovely homemade breads absolutely delicious, very welcoming host's couldn't do enough for us very peaceful and quite stay 😀
Could do with attention to exterior, windows need a clean plus some bits been dumped in front of the garage making it look unsightly

Peaceful and very attractive building closed to the Abbey and Mary Magdalene's Chapel.
George proved to be the most wonderful Host and Chef around. This is a Fact.
From day 1 he was very welcoming, professional and super helpful.
Mam, a lovely Thai lady who served breakfast every morning was also very attentive, smiley and friendly.
The room itself ( suite) was unreal. Spacious with a wonderful view and the bathroom had the most amazing walking shower and bathtub!
Let's now mention breakfast: ✨👌🏻💪🏻What a treat. Organic and super yummy food cooked from scratch which I will certainly miss!!!
I loved it all and I will be back.
Thank you.

Amazing food, lovely big room, perfect location for everything you could want. Gorgeous gardens in which to meditate and relax in.
My husband couldn’t get the overhead shower to work and there were some unnecessary personal belongings in the breakfast area. (That’s being very specific on what was a fantastic stay)

Lovely, welcoming staff who made our stay very comfortable.
Beautiful garden and buildings and spacious room with disabled facilities for my mother. Good breakfast selection.
I spent a while sitting alone in the garden each evening even when it rained as it was so peaceful!
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Abbot’s Leigh.

The location is excellent for the centre of Glastonbury and with parking, its just perfect. The owner was helpful and welcoming and the staff were just as pleasant. Breakfast was more than filling, with a great choice available. The grounds of the buildings were lovely, and salad leaves from the garden were picked and served with breakfast.
Cannot fault this at all
Nothing, perfect location, perfect stay

Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect.
Had a little trouble using the shower, the controls were very stiff, but this was minor. Other than that, all was good.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked choosing food and timing options from a list which I left on the hall table the evening before, so I was served quickly the next morning. The room was beautiful - large and airy, with windows at the front and back, that opened to allow a cross-current. The host, George, dealt with queries speedily. Every need was provided for - kettle, fridge with fresh milk, a range of teas and hot chocolate, even a cafetière and ground coffee. The location was exceptional. My room was in the garden house which looked out over meadow and woodland and was so peaceful, all I could hear was birdsong. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would love to stay here again.
There was nothing that could have improved this place.

The propriety was amazing, in the city center but still very quiet. I stayed there twice in the same week. One time with a friend and the second time alone. My first room had the abbey garden and mont Tor view which was amazing and my second room had the propriety garden view, very beautiful as well. I'd wake up to the sound of birds singing.
The room size and bathroom size were also very good, with plenty of space for all my needs.
The breakfast was excellent, all made in house and very filling.
George and Mary-Elizabeth were super attentive and always willing to make the best of my stay.
I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful B&B in the heart of Glastonbury, our room had a roll top bath and rainforest shower along with two windows perfect for sitting and watching the world go by out of. Hosts were really helpful and accommodating, breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS! One of the best I've ever had - abundance of vegan and vegetarian options. Fridge in the room which is really handy for storing all the locally made baked goods we bought!
The bed is sooooo comfortable - and room temperature perfect. The windows are double glazed so keeps all the noise out. One other thing I really loved about this hotel is the ability to close the room doors quietly by turning down the handle properly before closing! [So many places overlook this and you get woken up by other guest slamming doors because there is no other way to close them!] Not being disturbed by other people's carelessness is HUGE for me.
There is a beautiful zen garden with a pond and meditation spot surrounded by nature and trees. Throughly enjoyed our stay and we will absolutely return. We were made to feel very welcome by everyone we encountered.
No hairdryer in the room, but not really an issue. One small thing I would suggest, is popping a small love seat or beanbag in front of the window looking out to the main street, I wanted to curl up and read my book there :)

We had an amazing stay at Abbots Leigh B&B. Fantastic location, right next to the Abbey. Breakfast was amazing (with freshly squeezed orange juice!). Our room was very quiet. Free onsite parking. Most importantly, staff were really friendly, attentive and straightforward from the start till the end. Highly recommended!!

A superb breakfast brought to our room on the first morning. The second morning we had breakfast in the lovely conservatory. A lovely big bath in the room, a huge very comfy bed - we had slippers and robes too and big fluffy towels - all you need for a very relaxing comfortable stay. The location was spot on very close to the centre and about a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the Tor
The town itself is so friendly and The Crown did amazing food

+ Friendly and helpful owners went out of their way to accomodate our visit even though we arrived at 10pm and there had been an error with the booking so they hadn't known we were arriving. They immediately stopped what they were doing to prepare our room and after only a short delay (given the circumstances), we were able to check into a clean room for the night
+ Good selection of tasty, homemade breakfasts
+ Very quiet room with no noise from the road even though we slept with the windows open
+ Comfortable bed
+ Good size bathroom
+ Great location for visiting Glastonbury town and Tor
+ Free onsite parking

The location, venue, garden and room where lovely.

The location was perfect, located in the Centre of Town.
It takes you by walk to the Tor 15-20 mins.
Lots of pubs near by where you can have a drink and eat.
The Host, George, was wonderful with us, he was always asking if we need anything else, he is the one who is cooking the breakfast. He is offering fresh juice, organic food.
The reason we chose this part of UK, is because it was my partner's Bday and the host was very kind and prepared a nice Bday Cake to my request, which was tasty, but we could not finish it😋
The room was amazing. We had roll-top bathtub, and we took advantage of it, we fill up with baths salts and bubble bath, relaxed with a nice glass of wine and enjoyed the peace ( coming from London, where everything is fast paced).
I recommend to everyone to check this place.
The only down fall, is that the room was with single glazed windows and even if the radiator was on still was not enough to warm the whole room.

The property was excellent the quality of the facilities and decor was of high standard
The parking and grounds were great
Although the food was good quality it was unfortunate that it had been cooked in advance which made some of it overcooked and hard
This really let it down!

Lovely room, big bath, comfy bed excellent location
I would have loved to try the breakfast but started at 8:30 and I had to leave every morning by 8. There were a few odd noises that kept me awake.
