A great accommodation with helpful host and perfect location

Apartment is well equipped & located but could benefit from a renovation & clean up.

Located in a quiet street in a safe and vibrant neighborhood. Lots of supermarkets, cafe etc. nearby/ just around the corner. Historic center at walking distance. Apartment is well equipped, has everything you need. Jacuzzi is private, no sharing with anybody else. And there are privacy screens so you can enjoy the jacuzzi without neighbors looking at you. Host Cuchi (representing the property owners) is an angel. She gave me a lot of advice, she responds quickly, very helpful and sweet person. Even surprised me with a lovely box of Spanish Christmas truffles. Her instructions are very clear. It is really nice to have such a host.

This review has been shared with the host during my stay. She is committed to bring this forward to the owners. Apartment could benefit from a renovation and clean up. I fully understand that property owners need to find an economic balance: investments - hooligan proof (IKEA)furbishing - costs. But by now the dusts from the plasterwork starts coming off at the terraces, which gives a dirty look. The fake grass is soggy. Some pots filled with just bits of plastic plants in strange combinations, in the living room even combined with a dying real plant which makes it look sad. The cupboard in the bathroom, the bottom is held together with black tape. The shower area is mainly plastic, it is worn out and dirty. You can't use the large showerhead, the button/ lever is missing. And the white kit is smeared in a sloppy way. Sloppy work leaves a bad impression as our brains automatically connect it to dirt. After taken a shower a bad smell arises from the drainage. You can start to see the cardboard of the bathroom door. You can also start to see the cardboards of the cupboards in both bedrooms. When a pillowcase (bedroom) came off, I could see a stained pillow. Guess it is time to wash the pillows and duvets in the bedroom and not only change the covers and cases. All doors and moldings need a clean up, they were once white and now stained. Kitchen door is greasy and needs to be cleaned. 2 candle holders at the tv are broken but still kept on display. The washing machine is nicely tucked away under the stairs. But next to it they basically dump all their cleaning products, brooms, brushes etc. This pile of products create a molding smell in the washing machine area.

Although small, has all amenities, short walk from all amenities and attractions..recommended

Although quite small, set over 3 floors, ground floor kitchen, lounge/dining and toilet, 2nd floor 2 Bedroooms and bathroom, 3rd floor 2 terraces, 1st chairs and table, 2nd loungers and jacuzzi (ideal for cooling down in the day AND evening. located in a quiet area but minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shops and attractions, would book again and recommend.

Great two night stay

It was quaint and perfect for our group of three. The tub on the roof was perfect to cool off. The host was quick on responses. We had some questions and we were taken care of.

All was good. Just a recommendation. We had two nights , with three people, I recommend adding more coffee capsules. We only had one per day.
