Location is okay, quite a distance to nakajima park station especially with dragging luggages. Lots of amenities and facilities provided with daily housekeeping. Check in and check out was so easy too because we could use a machine at the lobby.
One issue, during housekeeping the housekeeping staff took my white pants (perhaps mistaken it for their white sheet) and then refused to do anything. They said they would call the housekeeping service but until check out there was no solution, in fact, they said I had made a mistake and that it’s still in the room, which was NOT TRUE. I packed limited clothing to Japan, and due to snowy days my pants would get soaked at the bottom hence I needed it. Had to resort to using the laundry room in the end. And still, no apologies or admission of mistake till today. Not very good customer service.

The location was great and the view from the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us even though they didn't speak a lot of English.
The common area with complimentary hot drinks and snacks was really good and also the amenities offered were really good.
The room was comfortable but very very small, there wasn't space to keep the suitcase open. It's ok though, we just had to have them closed and upright whilst we were there, this is more of a warning
