Very strategic access to big shopping centre and near by restaurant. Just walking a distance.
Not many front desk staff to help ease the queue. Both check in and out ONLY one staff incharge each flow thus caused a long waiting. However, they have plenty waitress helping with the restaurant and food.

The rooms and toilets were clean, which was appreciated. Breakfast selection was fair
The shower facilities in both toilets were not functioning properly, which was quite disappointing and something that should be given prompt attention. There was also an unpleasant smell in the living room area, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Breakfast selection was fair, although there were not many choices available. Unfortunately, most of the food lacked flavour. Another major concern was the check-in process. We had to wait in the queue for approximately one hour before completing our check-in, which was quite frustrating and, in my view, unacceptable for guests.
