The beds were comfortable and shower pressure is high the whole day.
Great service for the luggage transfer.
1. Requested for baby cot in advanced by 1 month and 1 week prior but still informed by Housekeeping I'm not eligible because it's only by "availability". had to go to front desk and clarify and wait for the baby cot to be delivered. Not a good 1sr impression.
2. Water level on bathroom floor cannot subside automatically due to pipe elevation. This same for 2 rooms we changed for chalet type room.
3. Temp cannot be controlled. 28deg Vs 18deg setup has same temperature. it's either on or off.
4. Doorbell malfunctioned.
5. Pillow were generally very hard. I presume it's very old already inside?

I was expecting much more level of luxury, cleanliness, more facilities, beach access.

Comfortable sized beds
Good views from the room
Connecting room for family was convenient
Kids swimming pool had dirty debris.
Our room key not working despite several resets.
