After a full day of wine tasting, you'll be able to chill out with a good book or enjoy anything from music to your favorite sports team on TV. The new kitchenette is equipped with a small dining table, both a Keurig and a french press, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Instant Pot, and even an egg cooker! A BBQ grill on the patio ensures that you will have everything you need to prepare meals at home. Also, a desk space/work table has been added for those who like to spread out or maybe need to do a little work while staying. The private bedroom features an impressive king size bed with luxury bedding and linens. Cute nightstands, a sound machine, steamer, iron/board, and luggage racks make sure you'll have all the amenities you need during your stay. And the spacious full bathroom offers a standing shower, pedestal sink, hair dryer, bathroom amenities, and lots of lighting! Pups love their visits to Seventh Haven too! Whether it be the lovely trails nearby, the easy access to the backyard for potty breaks and fetch, or the great welcome kit for taking care of your furry friend while traveling. Please Note: The Homeowner lives above this suite and you may hear them being active throughout the day. Ear Plugs, a White Noise Machine, and an Alarm Clock/Radio have been provided for the comfort of your stay. Central air is provided along with a portable AC unit which can be connected through the sliding door. *Lifestyle Properties would like to assure you that all homes have been aerated, deep cleaned, and commonly used surfaces have been sanitized prior to your arrival. I had a very nice stay here. I like how warm and cozy it is with the wall heaters and fluffy towels. I was able to relax and sleep comfortably. Thank you for providing a home away from home! Can’t wait to come back.

Just a few blocks away is The Red Hills Market and Café. It was the highlight of my stay in Dundee. The food is fresh and creative. The space was perfectly adequate, although I missed not being able to prepare a meal.

We were not informed of rules until we paid and then we were not allowed to back out of rental without forfeiting 1/2 of the total cost. Concrete floors that were very cold and dirty though instructions specify no shoes. Not allowed to have any visitors over without risking a $2000 charge. Very noisy upstairs neighbors starting at 6am and going throughout the day. Uncomfortable parking as we shared driveway parking with owners and at times they took both spots. Every time returning we walked past owners front door and windows which felt uncomfortable

Very clean, well cared for property. Great for short visit, everything we needed for two night stay. Minor inconvenience worth mentioning, you do hear footsteps and muffled conversations from family upstairs. However, we would consider returning.

Nice quiet ground floor of a private residence. Easy parking on street. Short walk down the street to restaurants, several tasting rooms and Red Hills market for great breakfasts. Perfect for two people.

My husband and I stayed at Seventh Haven for a few days while we toured the Oregon wine country and it was fabulous! The house is the perfect size, it was extremely clean and in close proximity to so many things. Other than it being super hot due to the heat wave and needing to go buy a fan to help keep cool, we had everything we needed! Thank you for a perfect place to stay!

We were in Dundee for wine tasting and this unit was perfect. We enjoyed the patio and walked to Red Hills Bistro every morning for breakfast. We were also able to walk to restaurants for dinner.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay (me, wife, puppy dog). It's also walkable to Red Hills Market, Dundee Bistro, and also wine tasting shop. You are in perfect location to also visit local wineries. The location has perfect hosts that are very thoughtful and had everything we needed.

Loved this basement apartment. I loved that they gave us dog towels and a sheet to put over the couch. The furnishings were great and the bed comfy. A lot of folks have commented that there is owner noise from upstairs but I have had the same experience in hotels! Great neighborhood for us to walk our dogs. My only 2 additions would be a toaster and a entrance mat inside the parent to wipe your feet on. (There is a toaster oven, it’s just bulky!)

This property was perfect for wine tasting. It was spacious and well appointed for guests and pets. There was no shortage of wineries and tasting rooms within a two mile radius. The Red Hill Market on 7th street was truly a fund for casual outdoor dining. We will be back for sure, perhaps on the weekend to taste the fare at The Bistro.
