10 / 10Outstanding·Nov 2026
The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and well-located downtown close to the vintage trams. We were able to do some washing, use the kitchen and enjoy fresh air from our small balconies over the square. The cafe downstairs was excellent and nearby restaurant strip was convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful with our requests. We had multiple bookings over 10 days and we were able to leave some luggage with them which made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Location is amazing, right at downtown and close to the Rossio metro and Rossio train station. Checked-in at reception was quick and easy. The apartment was very spacious and clean. I especially like the washing machine. I highly recommend it.
Nothing I don’t like.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Very well located on flat part of Baixa, close to transport and restaurants. A beautiful view towards Church of São Nicolas.
An unpleasant smell in foyer of property that sometimes drifted up the stairs. Need better instructions for integrated washer/dryer. We downloaded the user manual and still couldn’t get it to dry only. The wash/dry program didn’t dry it enough and there was no way of selecting “dry”.
