I’m not only would return here to stay. I liked it so much I booked another week here.

Location was fantastic. Owners are wonderful and kind. Room was large and beds comfortable.

I can’t think of anything about this place that was bad, or that I would change

Terrible - Do NOT Stay Here

We had several issues at this property that led us to leave part way through our stay. 1. The window in our room did not shut nor lock. This was a huge safety concern for us as travellers and the fact the Hostal was on a busy road. 2. The owner’s cat on the property. On the first night of our stay the cat started to “meow” at 4:30am and wouldn’t stop. It was constant and because our window was broken and couldn’t shut it was if the cat was “meowing” right beside us. One the second night it started meowing at 5am onwards. And the 3rd night it “meowed” from 1:30am onwards. The purpose of accommodation is to sleep and we could do anything but that. 3. Laundry machines - the Hostal ran the laundry machines right outside our room starting at 6am until at least 10pm. It woke us up and prevented us from sleeping. Again the window was broken and couldn’t shut to reduce any noise. 4. Cleanliness - the room was not clean. The sheets were thin and dirty with hairs and dirt. We found a 2 inch cockroach in the room. We asked the hosts to deal with it and they sent their son in with some bug spray. He sprayed it but tried to leave without removing the very much still alive cockroach from our room. The bathrooms were dirty and it just made for an unpleasant stay. On the listing it also stated daily housekeeping but that was not the case. We were not offered any housekeeping until the 3rd day.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité prix. Fontaine à eau disponible. Nous avons pris le bateau l'après midi pour Santa Cruz et nous avons pu nous doucher avant de partir, le check out est à 9:00 mais il y a un endroit pour laisser les bagages. Les restaurants sont très proches.

Todo muy bien! Lo recomiendo.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien! La cama cómoda y el baño también! La ubicación es perfecta.

Me hubiese gustado que el personal pueda facilitarme un poco de información turísitca, cuando solicite no fueron muy precisos con ciertas ubicaciones. De igual forma fueron amables en todo momento!

Exceptional

They are a wonderful family who run the hotel. It was very comfortable and great location in between the beach front road and the central market (for good, economical meals). The hotel is also right next to a pond where we spotted two flamingoes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Isabela is worth the trip! Easy to get to from Puerto Ayora by ferry. You don’t need to book an expensive tour to get

Perfect location to walk everywhere, beach nearby. Hosts were very accommodating even moved our room when they couldn’t get our hot water working.

Doesn’t have a beach view, but the price outweighs that amenity.

The family was extremely nice and we could use the kitchen. They cleaned every day. And it's super central and near to the beach.

Decent budget hostel, for the price.

Good location, comfortable room. Area to rinse and dry wetsuit and hang washing. Decent hot water in shower. Nice family owners.

Decent value for money, comfortable beds and closely located to amenities.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Friendly hosts, allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after checking out. Free water available to fill water bottles. A/C in room.

Bathroom was quite cramped (toilet a few inches away from wall) and some parts (shelves, corners) of bathroom were covered in dirt/grime. A couple spots in room had bugs crawling across the walls.

Fantastic affordable hotel close to the beach and town. AC, decent wifi, hot shower, free laundry, friendly proprietors, an adorable cat - what more can you ask for?

Best value, comfortable, great hosts!!

The hosts were a very kind older couple plus Hana the cat :) Hana loves to hang out with guests at the front porch. The location is great. Close to everything. The room was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the front porch every day. We went off-season, so the laundromats were not open. The hosts let us use their wash machine and refused to take the tip for it. They were happy to provide hot water for us to make tea/coffee. They are genuinely kind people, I could tell.

Exceptional

The bed was very comfortable, had great curtains to block out light, the shower was lovely, and the a/c worked well. The older couple who run it and live there are very sweet. Decent WiFi.

Some ants here and there but not sure where on this island you wouldn’t find that.
