La cercanía de las playas y el servicio al cliente

Que nos dieron una habitación en el último piso y en el edifico del frente, todos los días tenía que bajar al otro edificio y es una calle muy transitada

En busca de bronce y encontré carbón

El desayuno estaba rico

Las alcantarillas tenían mal olor haciendo que se esparciera a los baños y al lugar donde servían el desayuno. El aire acondicionado, la televisión y la refrigeradora al inicio no funcionaban tuvimos que llamar al de mantenimiento y se apareció casi a media noche. La piscina es baja es más que todo apta para niños, parece una pila, no tiene ascensor y no es apto para discapacitados, los baños son muy pequeños, éramos 4 y solo nos dieron 2 paños, el último día que fuimos a desayunar esperamos más de una hora para el desayuno, atendían primero a personas que llegaron después de nosotros

Very good

Staff was kind and professional ! the breakfast was okay. The rooms are fresh and the bed comfortable. There is an AC AND a fan in the room. The reception makes you wear a bracelet so the security guard can identify the guests and it made us feel a bit safer. The staff are also very helpful if you need a spoon, you need to take the bus or the AC doesn't work anymore even if you need a nail appointment they have an answer to everything ! thank you so much.

A lot of restaurants and shops in Quepos are closed on sundays. So having an option to borrow forks or knife (to cut fruits) and even plates ( and maybe a microwave?) would have helped us preparing our sunday meals better.

tv didn’t work on one room, musty smelling rooms. only thin sheet on the bed. Pool was nice breakfast was ok.

Absolutely not worth the money

Good is for sure is the location in the city of quepos, which means a bit noisy. The pool was nice as well.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed! We payed 90 dollars per night and had several amazing hotels before for less money. Here some points to mention: - the room smells really bad when you enter. - when we wanted to close the curtain everything fell down on the floor - only one water tap worked in the shower with no temperature regulation. - beds were really uncomfortable - breakfast you have to choose in advance for a specific time and plate with fixed meal - at the end we had to wait until they checked the room for any damages! (See above the conditions of the room) I wish we had seen the bad reviws before so we would not have decided this hotel. All in all more a hostel than a real hotel.

I arrived at 11pm and the hotel had its front door closed, no way to enter the place, had to yell for about 30 mins until a guy appeared and opened the front door. What if there was a fire and you were inside? Then there was a beeping sound, like a ups battery going on during the entire night. That noise stopped at 7:30am. Not nice.

Very good

The low price and proximity to Manuel Antonio makes this hotel a good option for a traveler on a budget. The included breakfast is a nice touch. The AC works great. The rooftop pool is fun.

The parking area is quite cramped and can be tricky to navigate. Our room had a window but all you could see was a wall in front of the window. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, and the shower had no hot water.

*Toilet got stopped up just before we left. *Inspite of my efforts to get communication clear between hotel & Booking.com. re the need for 3 beds, hotel still did not have it corrected at the desk.

Great base for a few days

We stayed here for 3 nights as it was central to the area for our needs. Check in was great, we actually checked in 2 hours before the check in time with no problem. There is a swimming pool on the roof which is excellent for cooling down and it`s open until 10.00pm. We had breakfast included and there was only 2 options available which was a typical Costa Rican breakfast or an American breakfast consisting of pancakes, maple syrup and eggs. You had to say which breakfast you wanted when you checked in - it would have been nice to have the option of something different, such as toast instead of pancakes, or being able to choose on the actual morning. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and so were the ladies cooking/serving breakfast. We only had 1 towel each, 2 towels would have been more useful especially as we are women and like to have a towel on our wet hair when we get out of the shower,

There was nothing that I didn`t like about the hotel. There are only basic things in the room, it would have been nice to have a kettle and cups so we could have and tea or coffee, and a hairdryer would also have been very useful.
