Located in Briarcliffe Acres, this attractive house for $532 per night is a great choice for your next break. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.** At iTrip North Myrtle Beach, we help make the most of your vacation when you stay with us by providing FREE admission to the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show and the Barefoot Queen Riverboat Dinner Cruise (excluding January). For stays that begin May 1 - Sept 30, also included are the Dolphin Adventure Cruise, Broadway Grand Prix, and Myrtle Waves (Memorial Day - Labor Day)! Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. A nice, quiet, clean neighborhood. Glad there was at least 1 BR downstairs. We had 3 cars - parked one inside the garage - only one side was available inside; and, the other
two in the driveway. Easy access and convenient to both restaurants and other attractions.

Our stay was awesome and very nice. Some of the information was outdated as far as trash pickup. The furniture in the living room and the dining room table chairs need to be replaced they were very stained.. but overall this day was very nice for me and my family.

We had a wonderful time, the home is spacious and offers a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was clean and smelled great on arrival. It’s convenient to the shopping and dinning experiences. You can even walk to several restaurants. Great experience, highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family's Christmas getaway. We would definitely book with them again, but maybe consider a place with a pool in the summertime. We absolutely loved the fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom!!

We got an email ahead of check-in stating there would be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. When we arrived the ladies all had to go. Surprise!! There was NO toilet paper in the house. Also no hand soap, no bar soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels and no dish towels.
We were there for a wedding. There was no ironing board or iron anywhere. We looked all over the downstairs.
One TV worked, most did not. 1 TV worked some. There were no instructions how to work the remotes and no printed channel guide. The guide on the TV screen only worked on one TV. Some remotes had dead batteries.
We put dishes in the dishwasher and it leaked water on the floor. The repairman came out while we were out, left it running. It leaked again. We were going to wash dishes in the sink, but there was no topper for either sink bowl. No glad wrap , no baggies. No way to store leftovers. TP and soap was delivered when requested, but it should have been there when we arrived.
The house was nice, and the heat and AC worked, but the house keeping items and maintenance were lacking. Kind of like it was the first time it was rented.
I hope that you do better the next time.

Me and a few of my friends booked this house for my bachelorette weekend this past weekend and can’t say enough great things about this house. It was plenty of room for me and my 4 friends. Each girl had their own room and bathroom. The place was very clean and spacious for all of us. This house is not super close to the beach or pool, but we did have access to the shuttle to and from the beach, so calling and setting that up was a very simple process and all of the guys driving the shuttles were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

This was awesome
This was by far one of the best places to stay. We had 5 kids 13 and under and we all had a blast.
The management team at itrips were great to deal with. We actually were approved to check in early. That has never happened to me before! We really appreciated that!
Just can't say enough great things about our visit. Everything was awesome. The shudle was on time and friendly, everyone we dealt with was on point.

One side of garage had damaged door and could not be used, other side of garage had a shrub that had overgrown so that car brushed against it when parking and getting out of car. Den furniture badly worn out, home was further from pool and resort amenities than anticipated, would have liked being closer but resort is great for families with children.
