Great option to stay in Semporna. The hotel is very clean, the personal is super nice and the breakfast was always good. It’s well located close to the jetty and within a walkable distance from the bus terminal and the night market

Clean airconditioned room. No window but the internal lighting was good. Comfortable bed. Smallish room but enough storage space for two people. Clean bathroom with hot shower. The rear outside balcony had an area for drying clothes which was very useful. Small communal seating area with some books to read. Quirky downstairs cafe and shop. The breakfast was simple but fine. Different menus available and good waffles with honey. The staff were very pleasant and kindly served breakfast at 0715 on request (usually from 0730) so we could get to the jetty on time for a snorkel trip. Excellent location for the waterfront, fish market and restaurants. Jetty Pelancong about 20 mins walk
Dark windowless room lacked ventilation but lighting and aircon compensated for this. Otherwise everything fine

Very nice place, we appreciated the great care for details.
The location is impeccable: right but the pier and waterfront: in the heart of semporna's life.
It has everything you need, and the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast good.
Aircon in room wasn't great. Room smelt damp and was very warm. We stayed in the room without a window and maybe this was a mistake.
