I was nervous that we would be on top of each other with 6 adults (18-60), but there was plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to lots of fun places and the beach.

We stayed in Marco for three nights. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful place to visit. I thought with the place being on the main road it would be very loud but we had no problems at all. Very clean and provided some fun for the beach. My only thing is the walk to the beach was 20 minutes which might not sound long but is the heat with coolers, chairs and all that it felt forever. I suggest driving to the south beach which is about 6 minutes away and parking there. Absolutely a wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, well-stocked and located close to a number of restaurants. We appreciated the beach gear and welcome basket! Beds were comfortable, too. We had an issue with the power going out (not the properties fault), and management was great about keeping us posted on what was going on. Great stay.

This condo was perfect for what we needed: great space, good location, so clean, nice linens and the interior paint colors were so pretty. The entire space was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we weren't able to pack. Spent mornings and evenings on the private balcony sipping beverages. We'd definitely go back!

Condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. I was worried about noise since the unit was on a main road. That was not an issue at all during my stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The condo was perfect!! We had plenty of room for four adults and two dogs. And we felt right at home with everything that was provided for us. The only issue we had was the walk to the beach. Only two public access points and one parking lot that was always full.

Excellent stay! We were so relieved and surprised to see so many beach activity equipment. Clean! Comfortable bed!!! Only big disappointment was the view. A parking lot. Also constant beeping from somewhere 24/7. But because we spent all day everyday at the beach it didn’t bother us. Thank you!!

We loved our stay in marco! The condo was the perfect size and centrally located to every point on the island. We were walking distance to breakfast and dinnee spots. The kitchen was stocked with all essential tools for eating in also. The condo is on the main highway

Great Condo
Condo was very nice and well stocked with the things we couldn’t bring with us like beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, etc. Our dog particularly loved the dog bed in the living room. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest public beach access, but it was OK. Discovering the outdoor beach Tiki bar at the Marriott made the walk worthwhile. Winn Dixie is just up the road along with dog-friendly Mangos restaurant in the marina. One thing we didn’t like: there was a very aggressive pit bull in the construction office downstairs. Thankfully we only saw him twice, but he lunged at my husband and the girl who was handling him could barely keep him under control. If my cocker spaniel had encountered him, there would have been bloodshed.

Apartment was very clean, easy to find , access was easy (personalized door code) , good base start for cleaning, laundry & garbage, & great extras for the beach. We did wish for more pots, pans & food storage containers, so plan on bringing some or storage bags. Overall we would definitely stay again

First of all, it was nice to find a pet friendly condo that was so clean. It did not have any pet smell, it was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect location for Fido and ME!
Booked this unit for a 4 day vacation. Great, adorable and VERY clean apartment. Sweetly furnished, it has a full kitchen with new appliances, very, very clean. Laundry room has state of the art full washer and dryer.
The laundry room, also has 4 foldable beach chairs, small cooler on wheels, 1 small tote cart (VERY USELFUL) to lug all your stuff to the beach. and water boogie board and even - a small pop up tent.
This unit had 2 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a King size bed - super comfortable, a large dresser with 6 drawers, and 2 night stands with 2 oversized drawers. The walk-in closet has hangers, extra pillows, and sheets. A pet bed, a small playpen (for babies) and a inflatable bed. The master bath was a good size, had a shower with glass doors, nice size linen closet and full vanity. They thought of everything (AMAZING blow dryer).
The second bedroom had a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom - good size closet - hangers included in there as well.
The 3 televisions were good quality and clear picture.
Parking was great.
Both Mark and Sarah were amazing - and QUICK response to any email within nano seconds. I loved this place and definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach.

I have never stayed in a vrbo or any other type of places so I really have nothing to compare it to besides a Timeshare. So here it goes. First I was a little apprehensive trying to stay in a place that allows animals because I was afraid of the smell. Well let me tell you this place was so meticulously looked after you wouldn't even know animals ever stayed their and it was fresh smelling. Everything was clean except for a few silverware, a bowl and a couple coffee cups, but for me it wasn't that big of a deal because those were easy fixes; not only that they supply so many that it wouldn't have made a difference. The things that were bothersome were in the Master bath the track divider for the shower was broken. In the kitchen they did provide a beater/mixer but there were no attachments so I tried to use the blender and it well to put in nicely needs to be replaced. That machine has seen better days. I must say that I was appreciative that they supplied them. I did see in other posts that people complained about the noise. Yes I will say it is noisier on the weekdays because of the businesses down below (really it's the ignorance of people blasting their car stereos early in the morning). Also for the people around in other apartments that smoke a lot the constant sound of the sliders was bothersome because it was all day and night. The broken blinds in the master need to be replaced and I do recommend blackout curtains for the living room since it is a place where people can sleep. The single mattress provided for the floor is comfortable. I just wish I would have known ahead of time that the couch was not a pull out. Some of the people in my party were not crazy about sharing a bed so they rotated sleeping on the couch. The size and location of the place was great. I thought it was going to be smaller than it was, but we all fit and we're not on top of each other. I LOVED the fact that they supplied ALL of the things you would need for a trip to the beach minus the suntan lotions blocks, which I don't use and do not feel it necessary, but they had everything down to a mask. There was an abundant of beach towels, and bathroom towels. I brought my own because I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I know I won't need them again to stay there. All of the appliances were phenomenal and the A/C works better than my own. My family, friends, and I had a great time and will use this place again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
