First, I would like to say a big thank you to Ms. Alaa for being such a wonderful and accommodating person. She was very helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.
The staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

I liked the layout of the room. I appreciated the vanity area.
Didnt like the absence of the shower bar. Didn't like the lack of "five star hotel" services. Didn't like the room service delivery charges.
