Location near the airport at Zurich
Staff behaviour at the front desk as well as at the breakfast section left much to be desired .Attitude and professionalism of the staff was not good.

I loved that reception staff were friendly and flexable. They cared for my needs of early check in for early check out. My bag and i were escorted to my room by a friendly and engaging staff member. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The room had comfortable beds, all ammenaties supplied and was gleaming clean. It also smelled clean and was very quiet. The surrounding environment was busy and good views of the city were enjoyed. The airconditioning was on point. I seriously could not fault anything. Thank you very very much Element staff and managers for a brilliant lay over. I will def choose you again. Cheers
The online guest resevation clerk, didnt feel able to address my need for early check in and check out. She could only provide me with a standard answer, that i could book 2 nights. Which left me feeling unimportant and that i could find better. Fortunately for us, i didnt get time to find an alternative and decided to address reception upon early arrival. I am so glad i did as they made me feel welcome and cared for.

Close to the airport
The property is working at 50% capacity currently there’s no reception desk and you need to go to the adjacent hotel to check in. The airport shuttle has been cancelled and is not longer running and breakfast was basic, not what I expected from a 4 star hotel at the prices they changed. Additionally the foldout bed in the room can’t actually be used as they have misjudged the size of the bed in relation to the TV unit and the bed wont fully open
