In-room coffee service was hyper basic for a 4-star hotel.

Das Zimmer war hübsch und geräumig.
Das Hotel ist prinzipiell sehr nett und ordentlich, aber ein paar Sachen passten leider überhaupt nicht: Das Wasser im Pool war total trüb, mit Ablagerungen am Boden und Fusseln. Ehrlicherweise habe ich sowas noch nie gesehen. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckte prinzipiell auch gut und der Service war sehr gut, aber mein Mann und ich mussten uns in der Nacht beide übergeben. Es war eindeutig die Fois Gras. Das darf leider wirklich nicht passieren!!
Als ich außerdem vorab via booking um einen Shuttle anfragte (wo er mir auch angeboten wurde), antwortete keiner und die Klospülung funktionierte auch nur schlecht. Bei einem der Punkte kann man vielleicht noch hinweg sehen, aber in Summe ist das eigentlich ein No-Go.
