The hotel facility is new and upscale. The staff are friendly and helpful with transportation. Walking distance to a nearby mall where good restaurants are available.

I had an exceptional stay at Novotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. A special shoutout to Franco, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out—he made my experience even more memorable.
The convenience of the airport shuttle was a game-changer, making my travel seamless and stress-free. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Novotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

I stay in hotels often all over Africa. The Novotel in Antananarivo is by FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is so well thought through. The room layout, the food, the staff are all amazing. No idea how they could make things better.
