We had a lovely stay at Zara Chalet and really enjoyed everything. The chalet is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. You can tell that a lot of care has gone into the details and making guests feel welcome. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and would definitely come back.

Was very well decorated and in a good location in town, right down the road from the town center and had great views of the castle.
The staff seemed overly busy. Very rarely was there anyone at the front desk when you needed them. Probably because they are cooking breakfast or cleaning the rooms. On my last day there I came back to the room to find that my balcony door was left open, which would have been fine under normal circumstances but you share your balcony with the adjacent room. For the spa area you have to make reservations for it, which we did, but when we got down there the spa was still cold, felt like they had just turned it on and it did not warm up throughout are time. Additionally, I slipped and fell on the stairs coming out of the spa. There seems to be a lack of safety and security with this property.
