Really clean spacious rooms, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also really good.
The location isn’t the best, it’s about a 15min walk from the town centre, which is fine in the daytime but you may prefer to use taxis at night.

It is all around nice
The rooms and bathroom need hooks for hanging towels and clothes. À suitcase rack would be a nice addition too.

This is a true backpacker gem in Otavalo. Firstly, the place is brand new and very clean. Secondly, staff is super friendly and helpful. Thirdly, the pricing is great. I found most other options in Otavalo to be way overpriced. Lastly, they help with organizing some activities in the area.
Not really a problem but I was lacking a small towel for the bathroom floor in my private room.
