Excelente Ubicacion e Instalaciones

Su decoracion va enfocada en las tradiciones del lugar, sus productos y tejidos muy bonito la verdad. Las instalaciones y la ubicacion tambien son agradables.

No tiene parqueadero y es considerable a tener en cuenta ya que los parqueaderos particulares por la zona son un poco costosos. La persona que nos atendi cuando ingresamos se porto mucho mas amable que la del siguiente dia.

Emplacement idéal, pour un séjour en week-ends c’est le top !

Santa Fe 2 idéalement bien placé, m’a permis de découvrir la ville d’Otavalo avec un grand bonheur. La priorité en Équateur c’est OTAVALO.

Pour moi c’était bien, mais pour les personnes âgées ça peut être compliqué car pas d’ascenseur.

Amazing place - the best of my entire stay in Ecuador. Great quality, lovely big clean ensuite room, I slept so well. Fantastic value for money.

Good location, 2 blocks from the Plaza de los Ponchos, clean hostal,

In all my 5 months travelling throughout South America, I never before had paid such a high and lousy laundry service. USD for 1.30kgs wash & dry only, no ironing, no folding. Ersa, the allround woman cheated on the weight. She said it was 2 kgs. I checked it when I returned to Quito and it was 1.30kgs. A lesson learned!!!!! That night, there was a group of very loud and noisy people. Next morning, the breakfast was available, according to the groups schedule, around 10am.

For hostel prices you get a double, en-suite room with really comfortable beds and thick, warm blankets.

The location on Booking, when using the 'directions' link, takes you to the wrong address. Very frustrating.

Beautiful cheap hotel with a friendly vibe

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Beautiful interior with traditional textiles. Very central and on sundays in the middle of the market. On other days the market place is just around the corner.

The hotel is located in the center and is like new. Very comfortable and everything works as it should. Very nice staff and water, coffee, and sugar available to guests at no charge.

The room was so beautiful, the bed comfortable and the hotel is in a perfect position

you have to pay extra 3$ every time you want to use the kitchen!! Eating in the street is much cheap😅

The staff was very friendly amd helpful. In the room you had everything you need.

You need to pay every time whenever you want to use the kitchen. This should be included or at let you just pay once for the whole stay. There is an open space over the door, which is why you can hear too much, even during the night.

The Location was top, the room and beds super confi.

To use the Kitchen its 3 Dollars more per Person per Meal.... We wanted to have breakfast at our last morning, they were not offering it anymore..
