About this house rental
Situated in Long Neck, this charming house for $458 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Memories made at the beach last a lifetime! Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Enjoy the marina view from the open porch and entertain in the spacious living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short walk to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per night per pet/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide. Come experience the good life at Pot-Nets! We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Location was great, beach, two pools, two playgrounds and a golf cart. Wonderful place to vacation, Debbie Wilhelm was wonderful to work with, and so much help. The house was beautifully decorated and open spaced. The price was affordable. if I had one complaint it would be the quality/comfort of the sofa/loveseat and the mattress in master bedroom, they should be replaced. We hope to return next year.

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

The house and the view were beautiful! The house is very spacious and well stocked. The location was great to get to restaurants, stores, and around the area. The house was very clean! The location within the property was a bit loud and busy starting around 7a. Overnight it was relatively quiet though. The linens were a bit rough and the king mattress in the front room is well used. Our property manager was amazing! She answered requests quickly and was a pleasure to work with!

We stayed her for my 50th birthday girls weekend and it was fabulous. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a great spacious gathering place. Wonderful porch with a large table to enjoy meals. Golf cart was also a hit! The house was very clean as well. Quick 2 minute walk to Paradise Grill.Only negative was there were no hair dryers so be sure to pack one. Towels were not the greatest.

This was definitely a great time! The house is very nice inside and out. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. In 2 of the bedrooms there is not a lot of room for clothes just big closets so I suggest bringing hangers if you want to take your clothes out of suitcases. We loved the golf cart wish we had 2. If you have a large family rent another one down the street but do it early so there is availability. We would definitely come back to Pot nets!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to attend a wedding. The house was fairly new and really met our needs. We loved the use of the golf cart and the easy walk to Paradise Grill. I would recommend staying here. My suggestion to the owner would be to add full or twin beds; we traveled with our children and their friends- it would have been nice for everyone to get their own bed.

We rented this home for our Son, daughter in law and new grandson from California at Christmas time. They brought two of their friends with them. Our home in Bayside was not big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. This home was the perfect size. The only cons were the check-in and check-out times were not flexible. After a long summer of rentals, the house should have been freshen up and repaired holes in a door and floor, marks on the walls, etc. It showed the wear and tear of constant use. The only other con was we were not able to inspect the property before renting. The pictures on the website were not exactly what we found when they were finally able to check-in. Since the property is pet friendly, we found stains on the carpets in the dining room and living room and needs to be replace. Hopefully they can correct these issues before the 2022 rental season. Because of the price, this unit is very popular with renters.

We had a great time, house was absolutely beautiful! Had a little issue with the front door knob, called Deb (Vacation rental Manager) she was right on it and sent a maintenance guy right over to get us a new knob. (She is awesome - Nothing is ever a problem!!) When we arrived the rental was all clean and perfect. Refrigerator definitely took 24hrs to get anything cold, have to be patient. We enjoyed being right near the beach, boat dock, and Paradise Bar & Grill. We also loved our covered huge deck in front of the house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

Overall the vacation was relaxing. The house at 471 Beach Walk was very nicely laid out. Rooms were large and made us feel like we were at home, not cramped in a hotel room or camper/trailer. We had a big front deck that faced the bay and we spent most of our free time relaxing there. We had use of a golf cart and put many miles on it site seeing throughout the Pot-Nets community. We enjoyed strolling along the beach and board walks throughout the communities. The private beaches were well maintained and very enjoyable for our 14 month old granddaughter. The swimming pools were also a treat as the whole family enjoyed several afternoons there. Having said all that there were issues with the house. The overall cleanliness of the house was terrible. We had to vacuum the whole house as there was dust/dirt/hair/candy wrappers everywhere. The coffee maker still had coffee in it. The toilet seats were extremely loose, not sure how they cleaned them without noticing. The kitchenware was adequate but the pots and pans were worn out. They had no coating left on them and need replaced. Carpets and furniture were badly stained as if they were from a frat house. We had to sprinkle them with carpet fresh to eliminate the odors. Outdoor ceiling fans on porch are shot and could not be used. Initially had problems with the golfcart but that got fixed right away and service was good. The house is located right on the corner of the main entrance to the bar and grill. There was a lot of traffic and excessive noise from that type of crowd. Stop sign rules were not enforced and we saw many close calls. Pot-Nets community is very nice and we will go again and might even buy a place there. If you love a party scene then this house is perfect but if you do not I would recommend one of the other houses that are away from the main road to the bar and grill.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed! We drove easily into Rehoboth for shopping and meals. The property is fun and the golf cart was an added bonus. We would imagine that this area is awesome in the summer months. We hit it on the off-season, so it was very quiet. Still perfect for what we were looking for—time away and exploring a new place with our family! We would recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was dipping a ton and made for a few rough nights of sleep, honestly. Thanks for a great trip overall!

Clean and comfortable property
We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalk, despite the weather. The house was very clean and well decorated. The open sitting area was a great place to relax. This seems like a great place to come during warmer months, especially if you’re going to be boating. The included golf cart is a nice touch. I had to take it for a test drive even though it was cold and rainy our entire stay. Like others have said, the internet is not reliable. We had no problem connecting to the wifi in the house, but half the time it did not have any connection to the internet. I was able to use my phone as a hotspot. Hopefully this gets figured out, but it is something to be aware of if reliable internet is an important part of your stay.

Perfect location!
We were extremely happy with the whole package! The house was perfect in size, bedrooms, bathrooms, large open concept, it smelled so "clean" when we walked in. Loved the amenities that Pot Nets provides such as the pool, beach, golf cart, Paradise Grill, the walking areas, the whole vibe was just what our family enjoys & needed, pet friendly as well. We were able to visit Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick State Park for day trips. This was definitely a trip we would love to plan again. Thanks for some great memories!
