Nestled in Casas Adobes, this lovely house for $173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This newly remodeled home is located in a cul-de-sac in the gated community of Countryside Valley. The property is situated next to Arthur Pack Regional Park which borders the Maeveen Behan Desert Sanctuary surrounding the beautiful Crooked Tree Golf Course. This quiet neighborhood is surprisingly only 2.4 miles from access to Interstate 10 at Cortaro Farms Road. This is a one level Southwest style home with 2-car garage situated on a lovely private lot. The living room and den feature a cozy duel-sided wood burning fireplace and 12 foot ceilings that provide a majestic atmosphere with stunning mountain views. The Catalina Mountain can be seen from the backyard, living room, den, master bedroom and dining area. Recent improvements include new premium carpet in all bedrooms, living room, den and closets. The dining and high traffic areas are covered with beautiful Saltillo Tiles. The master bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and the guest room with a queen. both bathrooms feature gorgeous Travertine Stone in a Versailles pattern. The private master bath features a spacious walk-in closet, dual vanities, and garden tub with shower. The guest bath has a spacious walk-in shower with glass sliding door. The newly modernized kichen features granite countertops and is completely furnished with dinnerware, cookware and many small appliances including a Keurig coffeemaker. This was a very nice and tidy house with a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we mainly used the house as a place to sleep as we were visiting relatives and we were out and about quite a bit. Good sized master bedroom/bathroom with a comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a Great time at Ken's rental property! The home was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable with a memory foam topper, the kitchen had updated appliances and everything we needed. The home is very close to the shopping malls, stores and restaurants. The view of the mountains from the patio are stunning. Every day we would walk out the backyard gate and into the sanctuary. We would see all kinds of flowers, cactus, birds, hawks, rabbits and even a coyote walking on the golf course. There were all kinds of ducks in the pond. We will definitely come back again!!

This is our second stay. Enjoyed the view and access from the backyard to the Maeveen Behan Desert Sanctuary...could occasionally hear coyotes in the distance at night. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Beds comfortable. Traeger grill a plus. Enjoyed using the Community Center's Pickleball court and hot tub. Five minute drive to Crooked Tree golf course.

We had a wonderful stay at Tea Time. The home was clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Everything we needed was provided. We were in the city without feeling like we were. The communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location close to restaurants, golf, biking trails, shopping, and hiking. The house was well furnished and met our expectations. The garage has one half used by the owner. The other half has the garbage container storage and is a bit too small for our SUV with a bicycle rack. That wasn't a problem to us as the garage had sufficient room to store our bicycles and golf clubs. The back yard view is spectacular. We hiked in the desert preserve right out the gate of the back yard. Our applicable conversations with the owner and manager were great. It took us a bit to understand and navigate the fire stick app to the TV. We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

A nice property. Enjoyed our time there. Very quiet community with nice view from the backyard patio. We had a small issue with the garage door opener, but the property manager was there in 5 minutes to resolve the problem. Really appreciated the quick response.

Everything was clean and this was a perfect location for us for our golf weekend. Beds were comfortable and there is everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio seated 4 people which was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard backs up to the desert so there is no neighbors behind the property.

The home is immaculate and cozy. Everything you would need ! From fully equipped kitchen to pool towels. The home is impeccably maintained. Which made our trip to see our BIL who is quite ill. If you need anything Renee or Ken are a text/phone call away. Any issues are taken care of immediately! Which there was one very minor minor issue and it was attended to immediately and all was perfect.
The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Pool area is beautiful and refreshing since it was 108 degrees when we were just there. :) Thank you Ken for the use of your beautiful home! And thank you Renee for the cleanest home I've ever stayed in. Makes hotels look......welll...mediocre!!! Looking forward to staying again in the fall when we come back to visit family! If I could give 5 ++++ stars I would!

Like the description of the property says - a STUNNING location - quiet and safe - this place was a gem.
The home is cozy and comfortable, stocked with all that one can ask for. The view is exceptional - a slice of oasis. We had dinner on the outside patio. The property abuts a park with hiking trails!
Ken was communicative and helpful. He provided tips about the area - for example suggesting a drive up Mt. Lemmon!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return!

This house is north…so we didn’t experience a lot in the city of Tucson. But we were very happy with the house and the view out back. The neighborhood is quiet…lots of speed bumps to get to the house…but I’d stay here again. Very comfortable and Ken was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and this location fit that. The neighborhood itself, while densely populated, was extremely quiet. We appreciated being backed up to open space. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio area. We knew this and were okay with it, but there aren’t any restaurants/shops within walking distance. Everything required a drive.

Roomy, clean, and comfortable condo with a gorgeous view of the Catalinas from the backyard. Located in a quiet gated community about 2 miles from I-10. Although we didn't cook much while we were there, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The owner is friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Tucson.

Went out front way to go for morning walk and saw the most spectacular rainbow. Well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful and very clean! I didnt get to use the club house facilities because it was closed both times I went (over Thanksgiving weekend), so I can't rate that. But the house was great! Needed this peace and serenity!
