It’s a great location, right next to the beach.
Needs some TLC, Sofa worn out, your bottom goes so far down that your legs are in the air. Double bed is very uncomfortable.

We loved it! Great location, very quiet with large grass area and private access to the beach which was also quiet. Accomodation had everything we needed, clean and comfy. Locks on both doors worked well from inside and out so possibly fixed or we had the knack! A favourite was an early morning cup of tea on the veranda and the ice cream van visits! We would definitely book again!

Very quiet nice open space outside with a view of the sea in the distance
Only problem was the lock on the main door was a bit temperamental! Only locked it once on the inside and it was very difficult to open again so we only locked it from the outside when going out !

We selected Roses Place based on the location and enjoyed walks along the beach which was 2 mins walk away, overlooking the grassed area made it feel more private than a site further back. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us and we explored the area, looking forward to returning to our temporary home.
The bed was a little firm for us and the bedroom curtains could have been lined as it was very light at 05:00, not a time to be up on our relaxing holiday. Locking and unlocking the front door was a bit fiddly, probably normal wear and tear, but should be looked at.
