Proximity to beach was great, nice to have a few seating options both outside and inside. Liked having a table to sit at for dinner.
Liked having the curtain covered wardrobe as we could open half to put the dog bed in at night.
Microwave nice and clean
Nice touch with leaflets and information for the area in the cupboard, if you want with kids there were bodyboards in the outside storage.
Road into the park horrendous! Covered in potholes which my car is not designed for - definitely needs to be mentioned when booking!
Shower head slightly damaged water not coming out properly, sticky stuff under dining table, plates and cutlery needed a clean before using. Didn't even bother using the kettle as that was covered in limescale. Couldn't sit outside in the evening as the outside lights didn't work.
Fushia bush overgrown, smelt like urine/body odor so it wasn't pleasant to sit out in the daytime.
Living room needed a net curtain or a day/night blind so you could have light and privacy at the same time.
Mattress very uncomfortable, springs creaking and just crunchy??
Price was a lot for what was actually provided especially when there are no bar/clubhouse facilities on site. Had to pay extra to bring my dog, but when making up the bed it was already covered in dog hair from someone else.
Tried to call the company when we first arrived as we thought we had an issue. I was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer and managed to sort the issue out myself.

Close to beach. Quiet, well maintained, nice little chalet park location. Lots of NT and EH sites nearby. Chalet was well equipped. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer.
Depressingly few TV channels despite NowTV router because the advertised wifi/internet did not work. Quick and good communication w agent, but problem not solved before we left. No towels, bed linen, cleaning material, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. No storage space in bathroom. Arrival time was requested to have chalet ready yet no boiler switched on, TV not plugged in.
