It was very roomy

Door code didn’t work at first. Had to call and get another one. Took almost an hr to get in. Door is out of alignment, hard to unlock and lock. Smoke alarm was missing in a bedroom. Washer didn’t work and paint was chipping off the painted kitchen table. Had to run water a few minutes before it would get hot.

Master bed was comfy.

The accommodation was not like the pictures. Dark lighting and only one entrance. The pool didn’t open until 11.

We liked the location. Close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk easily. Place was clean. Kids liked the pool. Had a designated parking spot. Air conditioning worked, nice to have 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer. Close to everything we needed. Had

Needed some up dates but was clean. Had a puddle from the rain in the living room from a hard rain when we arrived but no problem the rest of the week.

For the most part it was a perfect space for our family.  There were some concerns. The washer is missing a bearing and squealed loud enough I couldn't use it.   The main bedroom with one bed: dirty under the bench from previous guests.  The blankets shoved in the dresser had food/puke dried on them.  The same food/puke was also on the bench... So we didn't use them.  The blinds in this room didn't adjust. Also the closet door must have been broke because someone wrote on the door in pen to not open... 2nd bedroom was great.   Supplies provided were ok... Laundry soap or dish soap might have been nice. The bathroom: the sink had major issues and took hours to drain. We used the kitchen sink. Appliances were great.  TV and wifi were great.  Parking was snug!  Pool was great.  Security staff was high but did provide the parking permit. Location was amazing! While I might not book that exact unit again... We are very pleased with both Booking and Vacasa!! We'll see you next trip!

I liked that there were two parking spots for each booked room; and the location to the beach was only 3-4 blocks of a walk.

The condo that we stayed in had 3 bedrooms that said had 4 queen beds and 1 king bed. The "queen" beds were cots that were ziptied together. The beds mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and every time you moved at night, you could hear the beds squeaking. We had to clean upon arrival from bathrooms, counters, dishes, and wiping down dressers. The insides of the drawers were filthy. We were going to vacuum them out, but there wasn't a vacuum. There was a very small broom and broken dustpan. There were no regular sized spoons for eating. The dishes provided were not terrible, but no lids fit the pots or pans. We brought our own cooking utensils to be safe and glad we did. The wifi did not work the entire time that we were there. After reaching out for assistance, I was just provided with the wifi login information again. There were televisions in all the bedrooms with DVD players. Not sure if the DVD players worked, but the cable did not work in the two bedrooms with the 2 "queen" beds, and the television in the master bedroom had very poor picture quality, so you couldn't really see the screen. The washer and dryer unit seemed newer, but the dryer does take a while to dry your clothes. Fans were provided, but only 1 worked. The kitchen cart was missing a leg/wheel. If you have sensitive skin I would suggest taking your own sheets, I broke out in a rash and ended up sleeping on the couch with a blanket from home because I didn't feel like washing bedding. The place has potential, but it is more of a slap a band-aid on things, go cheap, and charge a lot because we can based on location and availability.

It was clean. Provided adequate bathroom, trash bags, dishwashing supplies.

Cosmetic issues (rust ring around tub drain, loose toilet paper holder, etc.) nonfunctional dresser, missing remote, insufficient window covering. Furniture was very uncomfortable.
