We loved the coffe nespresso, Smart TV and overall it was a really good location
Could have more equipment in the kitchen, but we loved it anyway, just a small detail

The location was very convenient, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was also a big plus that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The host was responsive and, when we raised our concerns, quickly arranged for housekeeping to visit.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was the main issue for us. The apartment had not been cleaned as thoroughly as we would expect, and we found hair in the sheets of one of the beds. Although the host responded quickly and sent housekeeping after we contacted them, overall we still felt that the apartment could have been much cleaner. We also provided this feedback directly to the host.
Additionally, the elevator was not working during our entire 4-night stay and there was no lighting on the staircase. The host explained that this was an issue outside their control; however, having to climb four floors every day was very inconvenient. This is particularly important to consider for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties, especially as there was no indication during our stay of when the issue would be resolved.
