We travelled from Tekuiti to see our grandchildren who live in paraparaumu. We loved Everything!!! This house is beautiful. Especially your surrounding areas. The walk along the river was awesome.and our look around the estuary was beautiful.
That itt wasnt summer. Hehe. Bet its even more beautiful that season!!

Was pre-warned that no one had been in the house and it may be cold, but was comfortable and the fire soon warmed it up further.
Beds were comfortable, didn't use TV, host communication was great - would stay again.
As per listing, upstairs bedroom uses a curtain for door so conversation downstairs will carry up. Bathroom door is stiff to close, and downstairs bedroom door will not fully close at all. No extractor fan in bathroom.

Location next to lagoon was so peaceful also the beach was very close
The beds were quite hard and felt that the main room should probably be downstairs, as very difficult to get up and use the bathroom at night, the singles beds would be better upstairs for children,as there is a great play area for them.
