Everything was excellent.
If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the design of the headboard — it is a little awkward, and when sitting up in bed it is easy to bump your head against it.

Beautiful hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Super friendly staff, high-end furniture by Lago design, ultra comfortable beds, underground private parking.

We liked the spacious, modern room with interesting interior decoration and good bathroom, though no bath.
The worst thing is the location. Online there is no clear indication of where the hotel is in relation to the San Pellegrino spa. We were taken by taxi and dropped at the bottom of a steep hill which we climbed to the spa, only to be told that the hotel was back down the hill and 400 metres walk in freezing cold. There are no signs to the hotel from where the taxi dropped us. My husband has difficulty walking and we were exhausted. When we finally reached the hotel it was digital check in - we found several confused people trying to make the check in work. Luckily we were rescued by a charming young woman who checked us in on her iPad and helped us with other information on restaurants, buses etc. There was no breakfast or dinner and only a light offering of coffee machine, apples and biscuits in the reception area.
