Great service

This hotel is beautiful, and the service that we received was exceptional.And each and every member of the staff is always smiling and providing the highest possible level of service to each and every guest. Going to return once more.The food selection for breakfast was really excellent.Breakfast was something that my children truly enjoyed eating.As someone who works in the hospitality industry in Singapore, I believe that the staff is doing an excellent job.And please accept my personal gratitude to each and every member of your hotel staff. kumar From Malaysia

Beautiful hotel stay in Pondy

Well maintained hotel with lovely staff and good atmosphere. A nice experience for those who need a good hotel in Pondy.

Staff were a bit lost in the restaurant during rush morning hour. Share it with staff who took the feedback very nicely. A negative point which became a positive one at the end. Proof of a real care for customers.

An excellent stay in Pondicherry for those who wish to stay in comfort.

This is without a doubt one of the top 3 hotels within the Pondicherry city limits. Especially if you don't want to stay in a heritage property using old furniture etc. The hotel is modern and has lovely amenities, the gym and pool stand out to be in excellent condition and very clean. The spa is good, albeit somewhat costly for the local prices. The thing that really sets this hotel apart, is the staff, we were extremely impressed with their helpfulness and ability to make things happen for us. Highly recommended for a pondy stay!

While the hotel and the amenities are excellent, the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, and a proper deep clean in bathrooms and carpets could go a long way. The rooms can be noisy if you are on the side of the mosque, which has its first call to prayer at 5.30 in the morning.

Comfortable City Stay

Spacious modern rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet with tasty food and large choice. Wonderful staff at reception. Lobby and Restaurant looked still new and fresh with pleasant cool air and nice fragrance. Rooms comfortable with lovely light options.

Rooms especially bathrooms could be cleaner. Bathroom fittings are on 3 star level and looked a bit old already. For light sleepers the hotel is not ideal as you hear the street noise despite soundproofing.

B a little careful of ur belongings!!!

Oh d staff were very welcoming....d food made by chef Sanjay and team...yum ..good spread...food quality much much better than any other 5star hotel I hv been to....keep going!!!!!

Did not expect d room to b cleaned when one lv for breakfast....when I returned happened to see my wedding ring missing.....such a shocking experience in a 5star hotel....d GM...d Security..,d housekeeping Head....... checked my room nearly thrice.. assuming to hv dropped.....but to my horror it was ROBBED....begged d staff who cleaned my room ..money was not important....Damn it was my WEDDING RING!!!!!!. had to leave disappointed😔😔😔

Good facilities. Avoid if travelling by car

All good

A bit expensive compared to other hotels. Only wallet parking option. Saw the attender driving my car very fast and rough to the back. It's a carefully maintained car and it felt bad. Also as per the notee don't take accountability for damages. So it's better not come come here if u are on car.

fabuleux séjour grâce à cet hôtel, en espérant que la maintenance des équipements sera suivie

Le petit-déjeuner était savoureux et varié. Le personnel et le chef cuisinier sont disponibles et accueillants. L'hôtel est très bien emplacé et le bruit de la rue n'impacte pas dans les chambres.

Le SPA n'est pas à la hauteur par rapport aux autres prestations que propose cet hôtel.

Comfortable.

Room controls are automated. 24 hours checkout from the time of check in. We checked in at 10 pm and checked out by 4 pm.

It’s centrally located in a market area so it’s quite noisy, even in the late hours of the night or early hours of the day.

Blindly choose this always. You'll not regret it.

Where do I start? The hotel is just simply the best hotel I've ever been in. The room was just excellent. Especially the iPad to control everything, and do almost anything. The hotel seems to be in trend with what the consumers like these days. Through our own accounts, we could stream on OTT with the TV in the room. My wife and I are leaving pondicherry with a smile only because we stayed here.

Amazing staff who almost made up for the inconvenience of the disappointing location.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff are exceptionally caring, thoughtful and considerate and were always ready to serve. We genuinely felt taken care of and no request was too much for the staff to cater to. I would rate the hotel very very highly just for these amazing people who work here.

The above picture of the hotel is highly deceptive. The hotel is on a very busy crowded and noisy street. From the luxury of the hotel you step into the squalor of the street. By 4am you are woken to the noise of buses and truck horns. The beaches nearby are crowded and it’s a horrible experience leaving the hotel. If you are looking for a beach holiday I would highly recommend that you choose a resort , but if it is for an official trip then this hotel is great.
