Nice and clean accommodation. The staff is very cooperative. Best location for shops, restaurants and Rock beach is in walkable distance. Overall it's a good stay

To start with me and my husband landed to Pondy on a Friday morning and we had office calls as we were heading to Thirunallar the next day, we were initially given a room with no ventilation. Secondly there was no bell boy to get our bags to our room. After attending few office meetings we came back to reception and requested to change the room which they did. The other room was ok. There is no restaurant facility and no car parking so we need to walk down to have dinner. It was pouring and there no other facility like umbrella too to give the guests. When we were back the receptionist asked us to pay and we did. In the night there was a power cut atleast 5 times, in middle of the night around 2am my husband has to go to the reception and asked them the reason, there is no preparedness of having fuel for DG and all.. we could sleep the whole night as it was humid. We checked out at 9am and the receptionist pleaded us not to write a review and will talk to his manager for a refund. We waited for a week and there is no call from him. Please DONOT use this hotel as it is not worth your money. No respect to guests and all false promises are made.
