...but reception service is SO SLOW

The receptionst was super polite and willing to help with whatever I needed.
Parking is not available except the one to be paid 16 eur per day in garage.

Good location to the city, just a 20 minute ride on the tram/ bus
When we arrived we had to wait in a queue of around 40 people to be checked in, I can only assume it was a company meeting that day (1 person on the reception staffed at the time). Little annoying when you just want to get in your room.

it was very clean and comfortable, good shower, lovely reception staff
the location was awful, i know we could have looked into this more when booking but despite it only being 20 minutes from the train station it’s in a not very nice location, didn’t feel like you were in vienna or any expensive city of that sort
