The three generations of us traveling together appreciated the kitchen/dining/living area that was separate from our bedrooms ie., space to spread out as compared to a hotel room. Since we were renting a car we were very grateful for the free parking. The area and easy walking distance proximity to several restaurants as well as the exceedingly amazing (not-to-be-missed) and FREE Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens was also a major plus.
Truly minor downsides (and from an American perspective) included: lack of counter space and a toilet paper holder/dispenser in the bath, and lack of folding luggage racks so luggage doesn't need to be kept on the bedroom floors when open and accessing clothes. We also thought second bedroom was a little tight (small) even for the one person using it. Having washer on premises as well as a very modern, well-appointed kitchen and relaxing living area more than balance these personal concerns.

A beautifully presented apartment, perfect for two people, good location, great to have a parking space.
The bed was a bit hard and the dubs too heavy for the warmer weather

Location is perfect for the area around Queens.
No curtains only blinds which allowed much light in from 06:00. Low quality sheets and towels. Bathroom needs regrouting and new silicon. Bathroom drains had a terrible smell, we bought drain cleaner it was so bad. They advertise as 5-Star but at best it is a nice 3 star.
