would go back - hopefully some changes made! worth it though

Amazing property - large enough you don’t feel crammed! 8 bedrooms - upstairs has four bedrooms three with - queen bed and fourth room with two queen beds. Main level excellent big bright and open plenty of space with the master bedroom on the main floor with ensuite. basement was superb! three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a queen bed and one with two double beds! Our whole group of 19 ladies fit excellent! came with fully stocked kitchen bowls cutlery and much more.

air conditioning was not working upstairs - staff was excellent in coming and letting us know as well as providing excellent customer service. would be nice to have some more seating outside as well as maybe yard games provided (we brought ours but would be good for others who may not have any. there is an extra room downstairs with a desk (would be great to have two double beds in there for extra sleeping space. instead of the desk which probably gets no use. Shampoo, conditioner was not provided in showers would have been a nice touch! garbage can and recycling bins needed. just to at least put in the ski room. check in is at 4pm which is disappointing when you wanna get in early and rent it for the weekend and also have to check out at 10am. feels like you really only get it for one solid day. there were some issues that came up during our stay and the staff were lovely but we didn’t connect in time to find out we had a late check out. The staff are super accommodating and friendly and awesome!!

Exceptional

Beautiful home .Very clean spacious open bright. Had pool table and other games . Missing a few cleaning items but upon request was delivered very quickly. Great response. It was so close to the village.

Some of the guests complained about the shower water not being consistent. Temperature wise and flow. Everything else was fine.

Proximity to the mountain is great. Hosts were good at communicating. We love the arcade and games

The place needs some repairs / many things weren't fully working, damage to walls and carpet and it could use a deep clean. But we don't regret staying there

Perfect spot for a large group on a ski trip. Comfortably fit 6 couples in spacious bedrooms, could have fit a few more. 10 minute easy walk in ski boots to the nearest lift. Highly recommend for large group planning a ski getaway.

The taste patrol

The beds were good and the towels were soft

The decor was not only lacking but very worn ! In two words “bad taste”! There weren’t any pictures, the furniture was very worn and of cheaper quality.The kitchen although well-equipped had only one tea towel and oven mitt which unfortunately was dirty, the dishes were mostly chipped and lastly the dishwasher was workable but had only one rack. The hot tub was used and kinda enjoyed but not warm enough. The fireplace Looked great until we realized there was no wood.

Great space but needs a good cleaning

This house has lots of potential and tons of space. It has great games room and a large yard. The location is perfect.

It could you see a good clean up as it was a bit dirty. It is also in need of a spruce up as the kitchen tap, fridge, couch, railings are damaged but useable. That being said, I still liked it.

Great location!

The only complaint would be the hot tub... it needed to be shocked!!! Many of our guests developed a rash after using it!!!

Was fantastic for our group of ladies, will definitely consider booking again for a week family vaca

Lots of space, open but still connected by great room. Very clean n peacful. Great large yard...maybe a sitting area to enjoy the view Instructions for Television n Hot Tub would be appreciated

Perhaps some wall art & decor items...simple & clean but seems alittle impersonal & cold Closing Instructions...if renters are responsible for anything like garbage n clean up?
