exceptional good location, would go again.

the master bedroom was too warm at night. We ended up opening the window- only option to cool it down. Rest of apartment was a good heat. There is only 1 thermos to control heat for unit.

Amazing/almost bad Vacasa experience/ switched properties

I had booked an apartment in breckenridge at mountain thunder for 6 nights several months before our trip. Once my wife and I arrived we were given keys, went to mountain thunder and the keys did not work, went back, got new keys, still did not work. The front desk was trying to remedy this but had to call their manager, Erica. Once Erica reached out to us and the front desk, EVERYTHING went smooth. Due to it being the first of the month the owners apparently changed the keys or codes. However, Erica called us within 5 minutes of us telling the front desk. Erica went above and beyond to ensure we found another property. We ended up staying at the Waterhouse on Mainstreet, which was literally right on main street. The condo was beautiful, well maintained and just as nice (if not better) than our original. Once it was time to leave, our flight had been delayed due to the snowstorm. Erica called the front desk and had them extend our check out time from 10am to 2pm, free of charge. This is my honest review, our almost bad but amazing experience with the Vacasa team and primarily Erica. I highly recommend using vacasa for any trips. They/She went above and beyond to take care of us and to ensure we had a great honeymoon. I will definitely continue to use Vacasa in the future.
