The double room is spacious but the triple room is lacking space for suitcases due to the third bed. The location is great as it is between two metro underground train stations (3 or 4 minute walk to either one) and easy to get to all of Seoul's locations. The staff are really lovely and supportive and always smiling and willing to help. The hot breakfast is amazing and well worth the 15,000 won per person. I was very worried about the breakfast but I should not have been - croissants, eggs, fried rice, sausages, has browns, toast, coffee, tea, cereal, noodles, ramen, and some other hot Korean breakfast items too.
On of our two rooms had the bottom of the sink leaking on to the floor and the electronic bidet toilet in the same room (bum washer) was not working. We reported this on the second day of our stay and complained again on the 5th day but nothing got fixed even up until the last day of our 14 day stay - very frsutrating. They do not have maintenance staff on the premises and I presume they didn't push hard enough to get a contractor out to fix the iissues.

Beds were comfortable and the room was as silent as one could expect in such central location. What we most liked was the location and the adventure to reach/find the hotel through the many alleys in a range of 50m. Expand it to 200m and you would find everything. To wrap it up, the evening stroll at Cheonggyecheon stream is just across the street, literally.
The room was smaller than pictures seemed to show (typical mistake!), we split the family in two rooms, still we were short of space to open the luggages. No wardrobe and an improvisation to hang on clothes did not help. The hotel reception could be better prepared to inform the laundry just on the left side of the convenience store 50m from away.

i liked the location- located near jongno-3 ga and euljiro-3 ga station and to quite a few bus stops. easy to access. good bathtub and toilet also
the pictures on booking.com did not accurately show the room, the rooms were pretty small. we were never informed about the housekeeping schedule of the hotel, so we didn’t know that we had to leave by a certain time to have our rooms cleaned. even if we put the “make up room” sign, nothing was done. also housekeeping does not change ur sheets daily. for us it was changed once, then never again. questionable? another thing- they do not provide disposable toiletries like toothpaste/brush, shower cap. etc. they provided small bar soap and a body scrub (literally a sponge). will not stay here again…
