Great location, close to a few metro lines. Good night life around. This hotel will keep your luggage for a few days ( for a fee) if you are travelling around. Mason on the reception was extremely helpful at all times.
Didn’t like the bath taking up so much space in the bedroom. Smaller bath be better with a larger shower area.

The staff cleaned the room daily. Towels were replaced daily. Free water and coffee, amenities (toothbrush, facial wash, toothpaste, razor.
No bidet. CR was a bit dark.

The property is very central to the markets and the palaces. It is also a stone throw away from all the restaurants. There is a reasonably priced laundry facility on the roof which is easy to use. There is also a close line on the roof to dry clothes in addition to a dryer. The breakfast is exceptional and staff are exceptional as well. One staff member in particular, Mason, speaks English very well and is a wealth of knowledge with tips about the area and the culture. He was extremely helpful, kind and generous with his time and knowledge.
There was nothing to not like.

Location
The whole lobby and breakfast setup is a bit awkward. Even before you enter there’s loose gravel in the entry. Language may have been a factor but communication was just okay and the room… well it was simple. Very small. No nightstands. No real vanity area. No counter space in the bathroom. You had to sit carefully on the toilet to avoid hitting your shoulder on the toilet paper dispenser. One pro I will acknowledge was the ice machine in the lobby.
