Nestled in Waves, this lovely condo for $330 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Watermen's Cabana 1A is part of the Watermen's Retreat Resort. The resort is managed by a property management company - Flying R - Watermen's Retreat. Watermen’s Cabana 1A is a 3-bedroom,2-bathroom apartment. Cabana 1A features one king bed, one queen bed, two twins and a full kitchen. The living room features leather furniture, a flat screen TV with cable and Netflix access. The primary bedroom features a full bath with a bathtub shower combo. The second full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area provides access to a deck with seating for two and a shared charcoal grill. Watermen’s Cabanas are a just a short walk to REAL Watersports, Watermen’s Bar and Grill or the beach with access to miles of wide-open, beautiful beaches. Dog friendly with a signed pet policy and paid non-refundable fee. Guests of Watermen’s Cabanas get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a private outdoor shower, an in-property washer and dryer and base level secure gear storage. All Watermen’s Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

Great location, very helpful staff
The staff was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and stay when we were there. Will definitely be back.

The cabana is well suited for a family. The bedrooms are comfortable and of decent size, and the kitchen and bathrooms are more than adequate. The property is a short walk from either the beach or the sound. A 10-minute drive will also get you to much quieter and open stretches of beaches. We could have done with more seating for dining or for watching TV. Overall, a very good value.

The cabana is well suited for a family. The bedrooms are comfortable and of decent size, and the kitchen and bathrooms are more than adequate. We could have done with more seating for dining or for watching TV. Overall, a very good value.

Stylish property but difficult trek to the beach
Super clean, fully equipped. Nearest grocery store is 25 minutes, Kitty Hawk is 35 which is where activities are. Distance to the beach would not a huge deal for folks without kids. We zigzagged through neighborhoods to get to the beach and were screamed at that we were trespassing on someone's property.
We eventually drove through another neighborhood to get to the beach but again it was not close enough to make that journey easy.
All in all we loved the place but wouldn't recommend it if you have tons of beach gear or young kids.
