Situated in Indian Harbour Beach, this charming condo for $209 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, guest bedroom has two twins, and the sofa is sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are provided. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided. We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

First, let me say, the location was great! Peaceful beach community. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, shopping nearby. The balcony overlooks the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee out there while we counted the number of sea turtle nesting tracks all down the beach & watched the surfers. Room was spacious & had so much stuff that it actually became a running joke with our family. We would say, I wonder if they have ____ & then we'd look for it & ALWAYS find it. Fun game! Ha!!! Order a pizza? They have a pizza cutter. Need a bandaid? In the bathroom. Want to fish? Fishing pole's in the closet. It was just so well stocked. My kids really appreciated the pool & beach toys. We had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet family vacation.

Quaint condo. Needs update as it is a bit “tired”. Overall, a great time was had by all. Beautiful location!!!!

This was a well equipped condo, with coffee starters, enough laundry detergent for 4 loads, same with dishwasher and soap in bathrooms. Sufficient towels, although we did a wash and plenty of beach toys, chairs, mats, and beach towels. Very comfortable bed. Great place to stay for a few weeks!

Everything about our vacation was great. The key was waiting for us when we got to the complex. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy.The beach was a only few steps away. Winn-Dixie was just two minutes south on A1A. We also used Door Dash several times, and the delivery times were very quick.

Very nice location. Laid back experience. Was a bit disappointed with the broken washing machine and coffee pot leaking. Cindy, the property manager was accommodating to let us use the laundry facilities in the office. Would definitely return to this property!!

Our unit was just as advertised. In good shape with great views. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms need a little updated but overall very nice. We would stay there again. Beach is not super busy and has easy access. An older building so if you are expecting new and fresh it is not but solid and everything you would expect.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is super cute and just the right size for a family of four. The location is a nice and quiet community. Not a touristy place, felt pretty private, which is exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the owner and staff was nice and easy. Definitely would come back here again for sure!
