The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — delicious food, a huge variety of dishes, and very attentive and polite staff. Everything was wonderful! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that we honestly didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing stay!
A special thank you to Andika and Ganitri from Tall Trees Restaurant. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The entire team was very professional, polite and welcoming. Their wonderful service truly made our holiday special!

From being met at the airport by hotel staff to check in was a lovely experience, they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was lovely, modern and clean. The pool was lovely with a pool bar and excellent views, the pool was never too busy as people were out alot doing excursions like ourselves at different times so always plenty of loungers with no need to reserve them. The hotel had a nice pool side restaurant that is open all day and into the evening. They also do a happy hour from 2-5pm daily.
The hotel was 15-20 mins out from central Ubud, however the views from the hotel did make it worth it. At busy times in the evening it can take more like 30-40 mins to get into Ubud, however i would say it is worth it.

Not sure the quality meets the price, the room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was not exclusive. Staff overall were great. But needs more management/supervisor's attention.
Staff were not supported. Lack of management available. Price doesnt meet expectation.
