The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely products in the bathrooms.
The staff really make the difference however- they were all very helpful and friendly.
We would have liked to do Yoga but it wasn’t on the days we were there, and please switch the air con on in the gym first thing in the morning.

Thank you so much to Candra, Vina, and Wilia for being so wonderful and helpful. The restaurant staff were also amazing, with excellent service and very quick responses to our requests. We truly appreciate it! ❤️
At check-out, we were wrongly charged for minibar chips we never took, and the photo shown was clearly not from our room. There may have been a room-number mix-up. Also, housekeeping was not thorough; the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned, only the amenities were refilled.

Great place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle of bali. close enough to all the restaurants and shops if wanting to visit or great hotel to stay around the pool. Had it all to ourselves some days.
