We enjoyed the breakfast. Its so convenient and has a wide variety of food.
I believe having more umbrellas by the pool would be great.

When we got there, our family was unfortunately unable to approach the front desk due to a custom asking an exceedingly large number of questions and others who were rude and pushed to the front of the line. We were patient and waited until we were called up to the desk. The staff was very sympathetic about the wait and to make it up to us, allowed us to be upgraded rooms with an ocean view. On top of that, they gave us a coupon for half-off at the restaurant at the hotel and a free appetizer. This more than made up for the wait, and we are so very appreciative of the staff for accommodating us so well!
As mentioned, there was a lengthy wait to check-in, but the was more the fault of the individuals at the hotel and not the staff who were kind to everyone. If it were not for those few individuals, I would say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel.
