Cleanliness and location

Check in was the most atrocious ever in my 30 years of experience with hotels. Totally dehumanized, complex and massively prone to failure (we rent three apartments and one of us could never check in because the system was fully digital and required that the counterpart be connected—no staff and no possibility to bring any in case of any issue with the digital check in)

Great apartment in the city

Great little apartment, a short walk from the centre. Access to the building and apartment were easy once you downloaded the Hoomvip app. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and comfortable and as it was located at the rear of the building surprisingly quiet. We used the parking garage across the precinct. The owners have negotiated spaces with the garage owners and again parking the car was an easy process. The breakfast basket was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if in Ourense.

Schlüssel werden mit einer App und Code zum erstmaligen Eintreten überreicht. Es kommt per Whatsapp am Anfang etwas zu viel Info an. Besser wäre es nur die Infos für das reinkommen zu schicken und danach die anderen Infos. Aber Carlos war ständig erreichbar und es hat alles super geklappt.

Battery on phone was dying so check in was a nightmare. Guy who came to help seemed very pissed off.
